What drives you? What drains you? What do you avoid? What do you need from other people? Where are you at your best, and where do you keep getting in your own way? Coaching Over Coffee started with a simple curiosity: what happens when you put a good personality assessment, an honest conversation and a little time to think in the same place? A language for looking at personality, motivation and the patterns behind the choices we make. A way to go beyond our profile,  to question it, challenge it and figure out what it actually means in real life. This collection is about self-awareness, self-leadership, reflection and the uncomfortable usefulness of seeing yourself a little more clearly.    

Who decided this was the plan? And does it actually make sense for the people doing the work? Work comes with ambitions, relationships, expectations, power dynamics, difficult conversations, good decisions and questionable ones. It shapes how we see ourselves, how we work with others and, sometimes, how much of ourselves we bring to the table. The People Strategy Hub is about looking at all of that: questioning what we take for granted, making sense of what happens inside organizations, and finding better ways for people and work to actually fit together. This collection is for people who are curious about the space between strategy and reality. And who believe that how we work deserves to be questioned, redesigned and, occasionally, defied. Basically, for people who have decided that “because that's how it's done” is not a good enough reason.

The Work Behind Work is about those stories, the human, cultural and sometimes invisible things that shape how we experience work and what work asks of us. This collection is for people who are curious about that layer.  

Making something is rarely a straight line. You start with an idea, then change it. You try something that doesn't work. You follow a strange thought. You make a mess. You start again. Sometimes you know exactly what you're making. Sometimes you only know that you need to make something. The Open Studio Playground comes from the belief that creativity needs room, room to experiment, play, get things wrong, collaborate and discover what an idea might become.
